Rich Warranty A 1 year warranty is offered by Hernandez Guitars with this instrument (non-transferable). This includes anything to do with normal wear excepting serviceable parts, such as string, tuning gears, frets., but does not include finish wear (see below for maintenance), or any issue due to neglect or accident. It does not include issues associated with excessive wear or storage conditions, including high or low humidity issues. Everything about the guitar is solid and stable. This does not mean that it will not need regular maintenance, just as any other concert guitar would need. Please note there is an additional 5% restocking fee as discussed on the guitar page if it is returned for whatever reason. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways if it is returned.
